Naada Acoustic Bass puts a polyphonic physically modeled acoustic bass guitar inside GeoShred Studio, where warm, woody bass lines, chordal voicings, and natural-sounding low-register phrases respond continuously to pressure and gesture on the pitch surface. The AccelMatrix engine captures the acoustic bass's body resonance and organic decay.
Works with MPE controllers, wind and breath controllers, and GeoShred Control, a free iPhone and iPad companion app that delivers a multi-touch expressive surface for live performance.
Naada Acoustic Bass runs inside GeoShred Studio, where the acoustic bass guitar's warm, woody tone is accessible across GeoShred's multi-row continuous pitch surface. Press into the grid to shape attack and dynamics; slide between positions for smooth bass movement or hold multiple notes for chordal bass voicings. Naada Acoustic Bass is fully polyphonic, supporting double stops, chord comping, and layered acoustic bass textures. The AccelMatrix physical modeling engine powers the underlying acoustic simulation; GeoShred's integrated FX rack adds reverb, echo, and amp modeling as part of the signal chain.

Woody Tone for Acoustic Ensemble Contexts. The acoustic bass guitar has a large hollow body with four strings tuned E, A, D, G, an octave below the guitar's lowest four strings. Its tone is warm and woody with a natural attack and decay that sits differently in a mix than an electric bass, offering more organic body resonance. In GeoShred Studio, the AccelMatrix model captures that natural decay character while adding polyphonic capability, so the acoustic bass can provide chordal foundations, walking lines, and layered low-register textures within acoustic and ensemble settings.
GeoShred Studio and GeoShred Control. GeoShred Studio runs as a VST3, AU, or AUv3 plugin inside Logic Pro, Cubase, Reaper, and other major DAWs, or as a standalone application. Its multi-row isomorphic surface is tuned in perfect fourths, a layout that maps naturally to the acoustic bass's standard tuning and supports fluid position shifts across the instrument's range.
GeoShred Control pairs with GeoShred Studio via USB and puts a second multi-touch surface on an iPhone or iPad for use during live performance. MPE hardware, wind and breath controllers connect directly as well.
